D/C STATOR REWINDING
Over the past several years we have made a focused effort to include the rewinding of D/C stators into our growing list of services we offer. With our specialized equipment and attention to detail we can take on D/C stator rewinds from fraction hp up to 600hp. Our process includes: take data, burn frame out, make new stab/shunts, make new/refurbish interpoles, pot new coils to pole pieces, make all new connections, test, dip, and bake (VPI available upon request).
